It is very important to me to provide you with a high quality listing and marketing. I don't want to just list your home, I want to sell it so you can move on to the next stage of life. During the first consultation I will provide you with a free market analysis to present you with market statistics that show how much your home is worth.
Determining the right price point from the start in a competitive market is crucial to get it sold for the best price. We will also talk about marketing strategies. At our second consultation we will talk in detail how to best stage and market your home in order to make it stand out and attract a buyer, this step is very crucial! Once the home has been prepared, I will cover the cost of professional pictures and a video tour and list it on the local MLS (Realtracs) and third party real estate pages such as realtor.com.
While your home is on the market, my job will be to connect to my realtor network to try to find buyers and push your listing to colleagues and their clients and take calls from potential buyers to answer any questions. Open House Events as well as Broker's Open House Events are great ways to attract buyers and brokers to see the listing and provide feedback.
Once we find the right buyer I will help with price negotiations to get your home under contract. During this next step I will continue to be in touch with the buyer's agent to ensure a smooth process during inspections and appraisal. The goal is to get you to the finish line as smoothly as possible!
