You have chosen a home! We will negotiate and submit an offer!

The timeline begins! You will get notified about timelines for inspections and appraisals by a transfer coordinator

I will assist you with all negotiations concerning repairs. The Transfer Coordinator can schedule your appraisal and inspections.

Communication with seller agent, lender, title company, appraiser, inspector to make sure we are staying on track!

Providing and collecting all necessary contracts & disclaimers

Final Walk Through (typically one day before closing)
